Can you create a custom piece for me?
As much as we love our customers and try to accommodate particular requests to the best of our ability, we unfortunately do not consider individual custom orders. If you're interested in brand collaborations, please contact us and we'd be happy to discuss details.
Can I license your work?
We currently do not license our work for individual projects. If your inquiry is for brand licensing, please contact us for further information.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
All orders will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. If there is some unforeseen delay, you will always be notified. Depending on US region, orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to be delivered. For international orders, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Why is my bundle offer not activating?
Please note that bundle offers cannot be combined with order discounts.
Why is my free shipping not activating?
A free shipping option should automatically be applied if your cart total is over $75. Please note that your total after discounts must be over $75 for free shipping.
What is your refunds & returns policy?
If a product was received damaged, please email us with an image of the damage and we'd be happy to send you a replacement. Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund back to your credit card. Customers will assume the cost of return shipping at this time.
Can I shop your line in person?
You can if you're in Southern California! Stop by our sister shop Sidebloom in La Crescenta for favorites from Our Heiday alongside gifts from some of our favorite brands.
