Happy April, friends! We’re loving that spring’s in full bloom.
Feasting on this carrot cake by Chocolate Covered Katie. Carrot cake will forever be one of our favorite desserts and springtime just feels like the perfect time to savor it. We love that this recipe is a little lighter and strikes the perfect balance of flavors and textures: the slight spice from the nutmeg and the nuttiness of the walnuts...we want this for dessert + breakfast on repeat.

After coming across Riad El Finn in Marrakech, Morocco, we just about booked a flight for immediate boarding. It’s raw and refined, an effortless space where we would gladly spend an entire month perusing the grounds.
